Hi, everyone i m admin of this blog. Literally, that was the bad day for me as well as all freshers. We reached oodles technology before time. A man was there with no etiquette. He said sit on your sit like he is Boss of company. Firstly, i want to share experience i don't know whether company is gud or not. I went to the specified address, there i was rumbled totally. I was assuming that it may a another consultancy. So i decided to go back with further investigation. My mind was not acceptable to this. So i just build courage and go there. After 15 minutes i found Oodles technolgy.
Some guys had already present there. I asked with one of those, "Are you come for interview." One of those replied, yet another. We had been waiting for hours. Finally, ceo of company came there and give the defined task in different way. I did it first. Again, he assigned me another program (android) related to what i had never seen. I was able to do it.
It took around 2-3 hours to complete it. Then he took interview basic questions on java. I answered it correctly, not 1 question. He told me that there r another guys whom we have to do interview. We will declare the result soon or call you back. I was assured for selection. Next day, i asked from a given number. They denied you have not been shortlisted. I think those guys who r experienced only go there. I would not suggest any fresher for Oodles technology.
I think they must conduct interview proper manner and offer atleast tea to candidates.
